Q. Can I resend Host Comms files?

Q:
Interfaced files has not been sent to or received by the host, can we resend or re-receive missing interface files?
A:
Paperless provides a utility under Master Menu Interface to perform ReSend Flat File, Bulk Resend Host Comms Files or Re-Import Host Comms files.
To Resend a single file to Host:
  1. Obtain Audit Sequence No via Master Menu Interface → Reports → Host Comms Audit report (drill down on tab 2 Summary listing for files received or sent
  2. Master Menu Interface → ReSend
  3. Select desired Direction from the Communication Id field (To Host/From or From WMS / To Host )
  4. Enter Audit Sequence (from step 1)
  5. Click the Save button
