Can Paperless WMS assign roles and permissions to individual users?
A:
Paperless WMS has an in-built module to manage user security and credentials.
  1. Master Menu Maintenance → Security - User Security Maintenance
  2. Enter login expiry date
  3. VDU security group (i.e. Menu security access levels)
  4. Mobile Device number access
  5. Order Type access group code
  6. Receipt Type access group code
  7. Printers
  8. Warehouse code access
  9. Owner access
  10. Stock Check restriction parameters
  11. Reason code access
  12. Virtual Supervisor triggers
The above parameters define individual user roles and permissions.
Added to this are further parameters to control Security Level that allows menus to be displayed or hidden, User Password Maintenance and Configurations to name a few.
