Question? | Pallets stored within the warehouse need to have their attributes changed from time to time. Does Paperless WMS cater for this? |
Paperless WMS has a utility that allows authorised users to change various pallets attributes. These changes are tracked using the systems' core auditing file called Stock Movements. 1. Master Menu System Utilities → Product Change → Lot/Batch Number Change 2. Enter Product code 3. Select Owner Id where applicable from the drop down list 4. Enter Data Type (i.e. Docket No, Use by Date, Lot Number, Weight or Pallet Type etc.), 5. Enter Old Information (based on Data Type selected e.g. 01/03/2020) 6. Enter New Information (based on Data Type selected e.g. 01/04/2019) 7. Alter the Chg Column with No for the matching pallets displayed to exclude individual entries (i.e. default is "Yes"). 8. Click Save icon to commit to pallet attribute changes |
